1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the rempit33 customer support team. For voluntarily closed accounts, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to the user within 3 business days.

• Temporary suspension: Accounts may be temporarily suspended during an ongoing investigation. Users will be notified via email or in-platform notification within 24 hours.
• Termination due to fraud: If termination is due to proven fraudulent activity, rempit33 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of the investigation and legal resolution.

9Liability Limits and Disclaimer
